Your Trivia for the day: Did you know that founding father John Hancock was a smuggler? Your Dudeist Sermon for the Day: Today you will become angry at something somebody says.

Pause before responding. You cannot win an argument in this situation. If what makes you angry is criticism of your behavior, consider the merits of the criticism. If it is valid criticism, the feeling of anger is the result of you not having a good reason for your behavior. Think about that. Your reaction to the observation that you don't like will either be to reinforce the negative behavior, or a conscientious effort to become the person you want to be.

Always choose doing what the person you want to be would choose.
